Estimating Intern
Virginia Beach, VAEstimating Interns assist Senior Estimators in the administration of bid development, while building a strong foundation for individual career growth. Interns' duties include construction scheduling, cost tracking and material pricing. A typical week is divided between office and field responsibilities, which offers excellent opportunities to learn many aspects of the business of construction.
Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, possess self-confidence, demonstrate strong analytical skills, work well with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Individuals in the fields Building Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering and Engineering Technology are strong candidates for this position.
Internships are offered in the Virginia Beach region from May - August. Successful internships can lead to full time career opportunities.
