Central Campus at Ft. Lee consists of 5 buildings, totaling 900,000 SF. Each building contains an academic portion in front and a heavy use, industrial portion in back. Surrounding the buildings is 120,000 SF of heavy duty concrete paving. Century's scope of work included the entire concrete package.

South Lawn at the University of Virginia is a 4 story, 138,000 SF, structural steel frame building which features unique, circular, cast-in-place concrete walls. Adjacent to the building is a 12,000 SF, cast-in-place pedestrian bridge. Century's scope included the entire concrete package.
